Boerne, TX, December 16, 2012 --(PR.com
)-- Boerne based specialists for a broad range of chiropractic care options, Carpenter’s Touch Chiropractic Wellness Center has recently announced the success of their recent food drive. The clinic’s November food drive was established to benefit families within the local area through the Hill Country Family Services organization, and the event’s success is a testament to the community’s commitment to working together to help those in need.
While it was anticipated that the November food drive for the Hill Country Family Services organization would be a success, the support received from the community was overwhelming even to many at the Carpenter’s Touch clinic. The clinic received over 500 items for their food drive, which will now be going to those across the local, Boerne, Fair Oaks and Bandera regions who require that extra support for this upcoming holiday season.
For the month of December, the team at the Carpenter’s Touch clinic is hosting a toy drive that will enable many of the youngsters across the local region to receive a wonderful gift at this special time of year. The toy drive will also benefit the Hill Country Family Services organization, as a gesture from the clinic to highlight the organization’s remarkable work.
