New Atlantic Contracting, Inc. served as Construction Manager for the new 72,325 square foot elementary school, valued at $10.1 Million. This is the first new elementary school for King Residents since Mount Olive Elementary School was built in 1978. New Atlantic completed this project in time for students to return to class in August.
