Autism Teaches Readers to Live Life to the Fullest in New Book

Wonderful W. Wortham publishes her inspirational journey with her son’s Autism.

Memphis, TN, January 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- From Wonderful W. Wortham, a seasoned educator and mother of a son diagnosed with autism, February 30 The Series is an inspirational non-fiction that reminds readers to “stop and smell the roses.” Wortham’s newly published book is a remarkable true story about a journey with autism, the many life lessons learned along the way, and the unwavering faith that sustains. It is a book that encourages readers to value the present, pursue their dreams and live life to the fullest.

“The journey of life is full of surprises and unexpected transitions,” Wortham states. “One of the most important life lessons I can convey is to live life to the fullest. If there is a dream in your heart or something you want to change, start on it now.”

Wortham has seen the effects of autism from the perspective of both a parent and as an educator. Although some readers may not identify with having a son with autism, everyone can relate to having challenges in life and most everyone has some areas in their lives that they would like to improve.

This book addresses that need. Realizing that keeping a personal journal has enabled her to re-evaluate her priorities, set more goals, and improve her future, Wortham encourages readers to do the same. She believes that a journal is a tool that helps people become more reflective and more appreciative of whatever life has to offer. The book, which Wortham describes as "two books in one" includes a personal journal for the reader.

In February 30 The Series, love, peace, joy, happiness, self-sufficiency, resilience, setting boundaries, reaching goals, finding purpose and destiny, and learning to say no, are just some of the topics readers can reflect on. These values, drawn from the author’s experience with autism, will eventually lead them to live a full and happy life.
