Nurse Practitioner Michelle Winsor, FNP-C, has joined Southern Tier’s team of highly qualified and experienced medical professionals. She brings nearly two decades of experience working as a registered nurse and clinical nurse coordinator to the Southern Tier team. She has extensive experience in dermatology care; this makes her uniquely suited to the practice at Southern Tier, where the focus is on the health of the entire person. Before joining the practice, she most recently worked as a care manager at United Health Services in Johnson City. In May, Michelle earned her master’s degree in nursing from Binghamton University.
