Manchester, NH, January 18, 2013 --( Cronin, Bisson & Zalinsky, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Mark E. Connelly, of counsel, and David M. Howard.

Mr. Connelly, of counsel with the firm, specializes in community association law. A long-standing member of the Community Associations Institute, his areas of expertise include Community Association Law, Collections, Covenants Enforcement Litigation and Condominium Development & Registration. Previously, Mr. Connelly practiced law from his offices in Concord, NH, for 23 years.

Mr. Howard is a recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law and former extern with the Honorable Kenneth C. Brown at Hillsborough County Superior Court - North. His practice focuses on civil litigation. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Howard taught for six years in the Manchester School District.
