Veteran Paperboard Converting Manager Dave Burkhart Joins CardPak®

CardPak’s growing management team welcomes industry veteran, Dave Burkhart, as Converting Manager.

Cleveland, OH, January 24, 2013 --( CardPak (, the agile partner in paperboard packaging, has hired Dave Burkhart in the new role of Converting Manager reporting to Tom Weber, CardPak’s Vice President, General Manager. Since the company was founded in the 60’s, it has grown from focusing on skinboard manufacturing to offering full-service, eco-friendly paperboard solutions for leading consumer brands across a variety of industries.

Mr. Burkhart has over thirty years of paperboard converting experience. Mr. Burkhart’s is responsible for all converting and support operations needs from the sheeting, printing, and coating areas for all of CardPak’s manufacturing facilities. Prior to joining CardPak, he worked for Tenneco Packaging, and most recently Caraustar Custom Packaging.
