Make a Power Pact With Yourself

Available only in the US at Village Health Club - The Newest Fitness Class Offers Fun and Extreme Results

Scottsdale, AZ, August 01, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The newest fitness class – only available in the USA at Village Health Clubs & Spas is called Power Pact. Appropriate for every age, fitness level, every body – this class will develop power and strength in one’s thighs, butt, arms and core, while at the same time lifting spirits and the corners of one’s mouth.

Power Pact is a resistance training class using a tubing system with an elastic strap placed under the arch of the foot and a handle to hold on to. Resistance movements allow for cardiovascular development and muscle conditioning which enhance coordination, muscular strength and endurance, not to mention firming some unwanted sags and loose ends. Developed by a local certified fitness professional from Gainey Village Health Club & Spa and Foundational Fitness, this class is the best, newest, and fun way to engage the entire body and become powerful, strong, and coordinated, all in an easy-on-the-joints, motivational class. “This class is so fun and at the same time extremely effective at toning the body,” says Faye Stenerson, Group Exercise Director at Gainey Village, and co-developer of Power Pact. “With the intense heat of summer, indoor workouts are a must, and Power Pact is the best way to enjoy that indoor workout and get results.”

Only offered at Village Health Clubs & Spas, special interest classes began in July. Always on the cutting edge of fitness, the Village continues to offer its members the latest and greatest in equipment, classes, and relaxation all under one roof.
