Dallas, TX, February 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- In the Rent Rite Directory’s (RRD) continuing effort to share information among Apartment Communities, and inform Real Estate Professionals on the importance of communication and tenant screening, they have recently sponsored the National Sheriff’s Association (NSA).

The Rent Rite Directory is a nationwide incident reporting and tenant screening company that was started by Joe Killinger and George Pino of Learning Links Centers (a socially responsible Real Estate Investment Company). The Website assists Property Managers and Individual Owners to track proxy renters, people that skip, or have had evictions filed against them, and tenants that commit on-property crime and damage. The database is 100% Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Compliant, and ensures that no one’s rights are violated. The Incident Reporting portion of the site is, and always will be free, supported by their comprehensive and affordable Tenant Screening Services.

The National Sheriff’s Association was started in 1940, and has been providing law enforcement professionals with educational training, and general law enforcement information resources ever since. The NSA strives to bring law enforcement officials, as well as ordinary citizens of their communities together to help create a strong alliance against those who wish to break the law. The Rent Rite Directory’s goal is to prepare landlords and managers with valuable information in the hopes of strengthening that alliance.

The Rent Rite Directory provides informational videos and pamphlets for Crime Watch Meetings and works with law enforcement nationwide to educate property owners and managers about the effects of problem tenants, and ways for them to become proactive in improving their communities with their tenant screening services, and free rental history database.

Since many crimes, damage, and evictions occur on multifamily properties, the Rent Rite Directory is excited to partner with the NSA to help promote a channel of communication between the apartment communities, and their local law enforcement division. This can help reduce the risk of problem tenants, and attempt to lower crime rates within these communities.

The Rent Rite Directory offers a short informational video, as well as brochures for anyone interested in sharing them at their Neighborhood and Crime Watch Meetings (note: this is available on their website, if YouTube cannot be accessed, and they are also able to send hard copies).

The RRD has also taken a different approach to marketing the company in lieu of typical advertising. They have chosen to create an Incentives Program for those involved, to help spread the word about their company (see Honors Program page on the website).
