ACRE - The Recruiting Exchange Launches Out of Beta

Montreal, Canada, March 03, 2013 --( ACRE, a recruiting solutions provider, is excited to announce the launch of its recruiting platform (The Recruiting Exchange), as it exits from BETA ( Built to support the needs of employers and job seekers, the platform features powerful tools that allows users to share content rich information and learn more about one another.

The idea for the content rich platform surfaced when the ACRE team analysed what current recruiting solutions exist in the marketplace. "Gone are the days of text-only job posts. With how connected we are to technology today, we really wanted to challenge traditional recruiting methods and provide employers and job seekers with a simpler way to learn more about one another and make more informed decision," comments Anthony Mete, Business Director and IT lead of ACRE. He adds, "We looked at each pain point in the recruiting process, (for both the employer and job seeker) and we asked ourselves, how can we make it better?"

Fast, flexible and simple to use, The Recruiting Exchange allows employers to build a powerful corporate brand and share what truly makes their organization unique. Employers can post pictures, list company perks and use tools to better position themselves to attract talent. At an arm's length, they also get access to pre-interviewed candidates and a designated ACRE support staff member.

Job seekers can build their profile and access tools to position themselves better. Their ACRE profile goes beyond a simple resume. They have the ability to build a portfolio of pictures, share their interests, and once their account is published, the ability to contact employers directly.

ACRE was founded in 2012 by Anthony Mete and Chris Korres. Their goal is to create a recruiting solution that combines the power and reach of modern technology while preserving the crucial human aspect required for successful recruiting. In short, ACRE provides employers and job seekers with the services and tools to find and connect with each other in less time with less effort than ever before.
