Think Like a Woman, Act Like a CEO Teleseminar Hosted by PR Expert, Entrepreneur and Speaker Lisa Elia

Los Angeles, CA, March 03, 2013 --(PR.com)-- “Thinking like a man” is a concept that has been presented as something to aspire to, by some people who think that it is the only way to succeed in business or in life. In popular culture, there was the song, “Why Can’t a Woman Be More like a Man?” Steve Harvey’s book, “Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man: What Men Really Think About Love, Relationships, Intimacy, and Commitment,” became a bestseller and the basis for a movie. PR Expert, Speaker and Entrepreneur Lisa Elia believes that while Harvey’s advice to women works well in the dating world, women will do better in business by thinking like a woman and acting like a CEO.

“I have identified five important abilities or ways of being that come naturally to women that are extremely helpful in business,” says Elia. “By focusing on these abilities and developing them further, women can run their businesses with more confidence and less stress; make better decisions, more quickly; and achieve their goals more rapidly.”

The CEO and founder of Lisa Elia Public Relations, Elia, has owned her own businesses for over 20 years, during which time she has helped many women entrepreneurs and executives to secure major press coverage and high-level deals, while accessing the power of their ability to “think like a woman.” Elia has been interviewed by media outlets that include Inc., Fox News, Us, Entertainment Tonight, E! Entertainment, and many others, sharing her business advice and insights.

Elia says, “If you wonder if you ‘think like a woman’, ask yourself these questions:
1. Do you take so much time to make decisions that you sometimes miss out on great opportunities?
2. Do you question your judgment on a daily basis?
3. Do you have a lot of confrontations with vendors and/or employees?
4. Do you find that your employees or vendors make a lot of mistakes?
5. Is your desk a mess, or do you feel out of control?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then there are some specific steps you can take to turn things around quickly.”

On her upcoming free teleseminar, “Think like a Woman, Act Like a CEO™: 5 Abilities You Can Tap into to Catapult to Success,” Elia will share information that women entrepreneurs and executives can use to identify the presence of the five important abilities within themselves, embrace and develop them more fully, and use them to run their businesses more efficiently and effectively.

This 30-minute teleseminar will take place on March 4 at 5 p.m. Pacific/8 p.m. Eastern, via phone and Ustream.
