Solar Inertia Bags Prestigious Hostel Solar Hot Water System Project

Solar Inertia was awarded the project to design and commission a Solar Hot Water System for an upcoming Girls Hostel in Mumbai.

Mumbai, India, March 10, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Electricity rates in Mumbai are among the highest in the world. At such a time most progressive communities are switching to renewable energy sources.

Rajasthan Vidyarthi Griha is opening it 3rd Hostel premises in Mumbai and has awarded the project of designing and installing a solar hot water system to Solar Inertia. This hostel will accommodate 92 girls.

Solar Inertia has previously commissioned a 6000 Liters per day system for the same organization for their 210 bed Boys hostel.

According to Mr Ankit Barasia, Director of Solar Inertia, the proposed system will help save 45,625 Units of energy annually. This is equivalent to 23,000 Liters of petrol not used.

After enjoying the benefit of this system and a payback of less than 1 year, RVG hostels is making this their standard practice.
