Gates Corporation to Attend Technology & Maintenance Council’s 2013 Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition

Gates will show fleet managers and other attendees its PIC Gauge™ Belt Wear App, FleetRunner® Hi-Temp Straight Coolant Hose, and PowerClean™ Flush Tool.

Denver, CO, March 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Gates Corporation, a global, diversified manufacturer of industrial and automotive aftermarket products, is pleased to announce it will be attending Technology & Maintenance Council’s (TMC) 2013 Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition March 11-14, 2013 at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn.

The TMC meeting and exhibition is the premier event for fleet management and offers comprehensive information from more than 300 of the industry’s top technical experts. The 2013 conference will focus on leveraging technology for quality maintenance.

Gates National Sales Manager Ken Bridges and Fleet and Heavy Duty Specialist Jeff Morris will be at booth 634 to answer questions and provide information about Gates innovative fleet and heavy-duty aftermarket solutions, including:

· Gates PIC Gauge™ Belt Wear App, an easy-to-use smartphone application that reliably evaluates belt wear, alerting users when replacement is recommended. Its patent-pending digital imaging technology makes it today’s most advanced belt wear diagnostic tool.

· Gates new FleetRunner® Hi-Temp Straight Coolant Hose, which helps prevent coolant loss from permeation better than silicone hose for high-temperature applications up to 300° F, allowing fleets to save hundreds of dollars per year.

· Gates PowerClean™ Flush Tool, which prevents costly water pump damage from contaminants when used to flush cooling systems during water pump replacement.

The fleet and heavy-duty aftermarket manufacturer will also demonstrate various other cost-saving hydraulic, diesel exhaust fluid, and accessory belt drive system products engineered for fleets.

“We are pleased to be attending TMC to demonstrate Gates innovative tools and product offerings that can lead to substantial savings on fleet maintenance,” said Bridges.
