New PRO 920 PLUS TC Automatic Tire Changer Introduced by Clark Heintz Tools & Equipment LLC

Elmira, NY, March 16, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Clark Heintz Tools & Equipment LLC is proud to launch the PRO 920 Plus TC Tire Changer, which features bead breakers manufactured with steel, polished cylinders resistant to water and moisture. Cylinder pistons are equipped with multiple seals which allow for a powerful force during bead breakdown. Bead blaster valving is constructed with steel, not the plastic regularly found in other tire changers. The air system lines are routed and wire is tied neatly.

Foot pedal assemblies are constructed with steel, minimizing the chance for damaging pedals. The reversing switch is mounted on the foot pedal assembly and controls the forward and reverse rotation of the electric turntable. Built with silver contacts, it is rated at 40 amps. This is more than double the necessary amperage.

The PRO 920 Plus TC Tire Changer electric motors are copper wound, and are capable of handling larger wheels. Transmissions are built with heat-treated steel and aluminum cases. Worm gear, main gear, and shaft are made of the highest quality materials, in order to transfer ample power to the turntable.

PRO 920 Plus TC Tire Changer turntables are made extra-thick to prevent table distorting. Turntable clamps are made of polished, durable steel, capable of clamping the wheel properly and correctly. The brackets the turntable clamps mount on slide easily and precisely due to their large and durable design.

Under turntable cylinder assemblies on this tire changer provide the power needed to grip larger wheels. They are also built with anti-corrosive water resistant materials necessary for smooth and trouble-free operation.
