Fresno, CA, March 21, 2013 --(PR.com
)-- The CJSS Training is a sophisticated and systematic program that goes deep into best practices for the recession-era job search. The 2013 course begins March 28, 2013.
Over a period of 12 weeks, participants learn job search strategies and tactics; networking essentials; interviewing fundamentals; and how to create pricing, packaging and promotional job search coaching programs. Career professionals will be coached on uncovering innovative strategies including Web 2.0 and online tactics; adjusting tried-and-true tactics to work in today’s economy; interview tactics and tips; creating opportunities where none existed; and much more. Participants also receive “business-in-a-box” forms and tools to begin using immediately with clients; a comprehensive resource binder; excerpts from Susan Whitcomb’s award-winning book, Job Search Magic; insider interviews with career industry experts; and much more.
The CJSS Training takes place via telephone for 12 weeks – two hours each week – for a total of 24 class hours. The beauty of the 12-week program allows career professionals the time and framework to assimilate, practice, and execute the new systems, strategies, and communication styles. In addition to class-time hours, past participants indicate spending between one to two hours each week for reading pre-class material.
The training is ideal for resume writers, career coaches, career advisors, and consultants wanting latest trends and insider secrets on how to conduct a job search, especially those who want to work with mid-level and senior-level executives or professionals.
The CJSS course is an investment of $2,597. There is a $300 early registration discount available through March 7. Contact Shelly Cantrell at Shelly@theacademies.com for the registration discount code. Flexible payment options are available. Praise for CJSS Training
“I just wanted to let you know that my CJSS designation has already paid for itself. I didn’t plan to do any job search coaching, but just wanted to really understand job search so that I could write better resumes. I got an incoming lead from a lady who was not happy with any of the resume writers she spoke to because she felt they couldn’t advise her properly on how to use her resume in the market. My CJSS closed the four-figure resume package, and I probably will do a couple of job search sessions with her as well...Thank you for a wonderful experience and great value!” – Kim Mohiuddin, NCRW, CJSS
