Hilliker Corporation Assists with Franklin County Building Sale

St. Louis, MO, March 23, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently represented both the buyer and seller in a deal that involves one of the area’s largest buildings.

Hilliker Corporation’s agent Scott Martin represented the seller, the City of New Haven, and agent Peter Pfeifer represented the buyer, Network Sales Inc. (NSI), which is a heavy duty truck suspension parts distributor. NSI president Mark Dickhaus said his company purchased the building for $305,000 and will initially utilize the space for storage. He also plans to continue operations out of his current 69,000-square-foot location at #3 TLC Lane in St. Clair, Mo.

The Franklin County building is located at 502 Orchard St. in New Haven, Mo. It was previously occupied by American Recreation, an affiliate of Kellwood Corporation, which manufactured tents. The building was originally built by the City of New Haven and leased to American Recreation since it opened in 1963.
