New Marketing VP Brings Industry Expertise

Fort Lauderdale, FL, August 11, 2007 --( Tossed Franchise Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of Diana Brandt as vice president of marketing.

As the vice president of marketing, Brandt will have a tremendous impact on the ongoing development of the Tossed brand. Brandt is no stranger to the restaurant industry, joining Tossed after serving as the regional marketing manager for Panera Bread, where she successfully led a team that handled all aspects of field marketing for over 200 company-owned and franchised restaurants across the northeast. Prior to Panera, Brandt was responsible for implementing regional marketing plans for 80 Baja Fresh locations from Maine to Tennessee. She also served as lead marketing manager for Adcetera/OHD Creative Media for several successful chains in Connecticut including Angelino’s and Calamari’s.

Tossed is an upscale, quick-service restaurant that focuses primarily on green-leaf salads tossed to order in front of customers who choose from a selection of chef-inspired specialty salads or design their own from a diverse menu of high-end ingredients. The menu also features sandwiches, melts, crepes, soups, smoothies and desserts. Customers place their order, pick up their drink and a runner delivers their food and later clears the table. Tossed is expecting to open 25 to 30 franchised locations in 2007 with projections for 200 restaurants within five years and long-term potential for 1,000 U.S. locations.
