PeachMac, among others, has already contributed to and benefited from the development’s set-up as a diverse retail destination. Dovetail's leasing agent for The Markets, Bryan Austin, explains, “Offering a dynamic tenant mix of both national and neighborhood retailers and restaurants is crucial to both individual tenant success and to creating a varied shopping experience that benefits everyone.” Austin said that Dovetail will be carrying this concept to new college markets including College Station, Texas in 2008. Some Epps Bridge tenants may be opening second locations at other Dovetail developments like The Markets at Anderson (SC) serving Clemson University; The Markets at Cedar Ridge in Charlotte, NC and The Markets at Sugarloaf in Lawrenceville, GA.
