ELESA Column Level Indicators with Oil and Glycol Capabilities

The new HCK-GL column level indicator from Elesa UK addresses the special needs of equipment using glycol based solutions with the added protection of a polycarbonate shielded pyrex sight glass. Suitable for applications with glycol based coolant and heat transfer agents – especially in sub-zero environments.

Metheringham, United Kingdom, April 12, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Column level indicators are a simple, well proven and fairly ubiquitous solution to fluid level monitoring, so it is interesting to find a new design from standard component market leaders Elesa. Their new HCK range offers polycarbonate shielding and a graduated easy to read screen as standard in window lengths from 42mm to 452mm.

The HCK-GL variant addresses the special needs of equipment using glycol based solutions with the added protection of a polycarbonate shielded pyrex sight glass. This is suitable for applications with glycol based coolant and heat transfer agents – especially in sub-zero environments, e.g. anti-freeze, but also for example in production of polymer precursors, hydrate inhibition and other specialist niche processes.

Elesa offer an extensive range of special versions for the column level indicators such as a red float, black float with stainless steel spiral, greater length sight glasses, pre-set electric sensors, packing rings, built-in thermometer, external thermometer with probe, electric level sensor and special screw with nickel-plated brass top fitted to the lower assembly for maintenance operations.
