The changes include:

· The promotion of Don Emmett, formerly Senior Business Broker, to Managing Director
· The movement of founder and former President Bruce Deerson to an Advisory Capacity

In his new role, Don Emmett will continue to work directly with business sellers and business buyers, helping them with the sale or purchase of businesses, with the expanded responsibility of leading Entrust Associates into the future.
