Flow in the Glow of Chihuly:
The first event of its kind at Chihuly Garden and Glass, SHAKTI Vinyasa Yoga Studios of Seattle and lululemon athletica are hosting an evening of yoga with SHAKTI Senior Baptiste instructor Lisa Black.

Let your inner rocker groove during a 75 minute flow to the greatest beats from the 60s and 70s, guided by the light of Dale Chihuly's iconic creations in the iconic "Glasshouse."

The centerpiece of Chihuly Garden and Glass is the Glasshouse. A 40-foot tall, glass and steel structure covering 4,500 square feet of light-filled space, the Glasshouse is the result of Chihuly’s lifelong appreciation for conservatories.

The design of the Glasshouse draws inspiration from two of his favorite
buildings: Sainte-Chapelle in Paris and the Crystal Palace in London. The installation in the Glasshouse is an expansive 100-foot long sculpture in a color palette of reds, oranges, yellows and amber. Made of many individual elements, it is one of Chihuly’s largest suspended sculptures. The perception of the artwork varies greatly with natural light and as the day fades into night.

All levels are welcome to this complimentary event. Please come with an open spirit and friendly nature, as we will be mat to mat with fellow Seattle yogis who are all very excited to share this unique event with each other.

Space is limited to the first 300 in attendance, no rsvp required, but please arrive early. Don't forget your mat and water.
