)-- With the growth in online bookings, Premier Inn India felt the need to upgrade from the web-based SimpleDistribution channel manager to the more sophisticated RateTiger RTSuite to better manage different aspects of distribution to maximize online reach and revenue. The group uses the new RTSuite 3.0 to centrally manage room rates and availability in real-time across more than 10 connected Online Travel Agents (OTAs).
Group Revenue Manager Vikrant Sharma was able to execute a focused online sales strategy to increase the number of bookings via the RateTiger global distribution network. Based on market demands, the group now makes timely rate and inventory updates thereby helping increase their internet reservations.
