The short sale had one lien holder with Bank of America that was sold to Nationstar mortgage during the short sale negotiating period in December 2012. The original list price was $189,000 and the short sale closed at $125,000. This was a cash buyer who did not receive any contributions from the seller or the mortgage company who held the lien. This short sale took a total of 636 days from list to close. There were two previous short sale negotiators involved.
