Local Real Estate Businesses Use the Improving Sarasota County Real Estate Market to Help Epiphany Cathedral School Improve Their Gymnasium

The improving real estate market is benefiting more than just Buyers and Sellers. A recent home sale on Venice Island benefited Epiphany Cathedral School’s Gym Renovation Fund.

Venice, FL, April 27, 2013 --(PR.com)-- As a result of a recent home sale on the island of Venice, Troy & Joyce Sacco of Generous Property, along with Lutz, Bobo, Telfair, Dunham & Gebel and Premier Inspections of Florida were able to present Irene Lynch, Principal of Epiphany Cathedral School with donations to their Gym Renovations fund.

“We really appreciate the support of local businesses. Every one of these donations helps us to reach our financial goal of $30,000,” said Irene Lynch. “The Gym Renovation Fund was established to go towards a new floor and basketball nets as well as the air conditioning, painting and safety padding on the walls.”

“Joyce and I strongly believe that sports build character, the importance of learning the fundamentals and how to work with others in a team environment cannot be understated. These are skills children will need through their lives and we’re happy to pitch in,” Troy Sacco added.

Jonathan Whitney, attending the presentation on behalf of Attorney John Dunham, said “Our firm is happy to be able to support such a worthy cause. Knowing that children in the local community will benefit from our donation is very gratifying.”
