Kelly, a stockholder in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group, has been re-appointed to The Florida Bar's Eminent Domain Committee. This will be Kelly's seventh year of service on the Committee. Kelly is also a member of The Association of Eminent Domain Professionals (AEDP), an organization of professionals specializing in the field of eminent domain.
In addition to eminent domain matters, Kelly handles other real property disputes, business claims, including fraud and contract lawsuits, shareholder disputes, and other claims between business partners. He has been published by The Florida Bar and writes on eminent domain topics on Henderson Franklin’s blog, The Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate.
Kelly also volunteers in the community and, over the years, has served the United Way, the American Heart Association, the City of Fort Myers Economic Development Advisory Board, the Department of Children and Families, and Teen Court.
