BBQues Smoke Shack Hosts New York City First Holy Holy Habanaro Wing Championship

BBQues Smoke Shack first annual New York City Hot Wing Contest, took place Saturday, May 4th, at BBQues Smoke Shack, 668 6th Avenue New York, NY. Over 50 semi finalist from throughout NY participated. The event brought together, New York City's best Spice Heads. By the end of the afternoon it was Christine Callaway who took home the cash prize, bragging rights, and the coveted Holy Holy Habanaro T-Shirt. When asked, Christine Caraway said of the win, “Wow this stuff is hot! I look forward to coming back next year." John DeBraggi came in second and Chance Solois was distant third.
