New Adventure Tour Company Launches in Northern Virginia

ESQUAGAMA will begin giving tours from Washington D.C. on June 1, providing travelers an opportunity to enjoy scenic hiking trips to Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia.

Mclean, VA, May 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Tourists visiting the nation’s capital will soon be able to book tailored tours to popular hiking destinations in picturesque areas of neighboring states. The tour company, called ESQUAGAMA – meaning “the last water” in Ojibwe – will offer several tours in 2013 to small groups of travelers looking for an alternative to traditional museum tours in the District.

Tours include the Billy Goat Trail in Maryland, Harpers Ferry in West Virginia, and Old Rag Mountain in Virginia. Travelers will be guided every step of the way from hotel pick-up to drop-off, according to ESQUAGAMA founder and adventure guide Joseph Field. “The entire tour experience will be seamless and is designed to allow guests to enjoy the area’s nature and wildlife while receiving a nice workout,” Field said. “Our goal is to create a memorable occasion for visitors to the region outside of the common attractions normally experienced within the beltway.”

ESQUAGAMA is currently accepting booking requests for the 2013 season. For more information about the specific tours including itineraries and prices, please visit www.esquagama.com, or email esquagama@live.com.

ESQUAGAMA was founded to provide authentic and inspiring travel experiences to the great outdoors. The company hopes to establish a presence in the D.C. region and expand tour options and destinations in the future.
