Arc Environmental Hosts Washington D.C. Lead Law Seminar | Impact of Proposed Regulations on Property Managers

Baltimore, MD, May 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- On June 11th, Arc Environmental will host a two-hour seminar on the lead laws and regulatory changes pertaining to Washington D.C. properties and affecting all regional property managers.

The event will take place from 9:00am-11:00am on Tuesday, June 11th in the Cedar Room of The Sheraton Silver Spring Hotel on Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910.

Christopher J. White, Manager of Arc Environmental’s Lead Division, will host the seminar and present the changes and the associated effects on the region’s property management community.

The seminar is free to all registrants, however space is limited and registration is mandatory.

About Christopher J. White

Christopher J. White has ten years of experience in the environmental consulting industry and holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Health Science from Salisbury University. He is a licensed Lead-based Paint Risk Assessor in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C. Christopher currently heads Arc Environmental’s Lead Division, which specializes in the assessment and abatement of lead-based paint risks for residential properties. He manages lead paint stabilization services for HUD houses nationally.
