University Houses Preschool Relocates to Odana Road

Madison, WI, May 31, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Cresa Madison represented University Houses Preschool in a relocation from their current premises to 6033 Odana Road on Madison’s West Side. University Houses Preschool will occupy their new space in August, prior to the start of the 2013 / 2014 school year.

University Houses Preschool’s new space will offer easy access to parents and a fun indoor and outdoor environment. The school’s Executive Director, Karen Beck, elected to engage Cresa to help identify vacant options within the marketplace that could accommodate her school’s needs. “This was a challenging project,” stated Ross Rikkers, Vice President of Cresa, “University Houses Preschool had a very specific requirement and a relatively tight timeline; it is, however, very rewarding to help secure a location that works so well for an organization that has such a positive impact on so many people.”

University Houses Preschool is a part day, parent cooperative and has been serving the Madison area for 45 years. They strive to support their students’ learning by creating a “literate environment.” The school values strong home/school partnerships and offers families many opportunities to take an active role in all aspects of the school.

"Without Cresa’s assistance, it would have been difficult to find such a fantastic location and negotiate such great deal terms,” commented Karen Beck.
