MOVband UK's 2nd National MOVit 2 Lose It MOVchallenge is on

Weight watchers and fitness enthusiasts would be thrilled to learn of the new MOVband UK MOVchallenge designed to help them get in shape with workouts, MOVe It activities and Lose It motivational tips all within a 4 week period. The MOVchallenge is on.

London, United Kingdom, June 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Bring on the summer. Shape up and don't cover up with the MOVband UK 2nd National MOVit 2 Lose it MOVchallenge. Dubbed as “MOVe It to Lose It: The Biggest MOVer,” the MOVband UK MOVchallenge is open to team and individual participants.

Registration entitles challengers to a MOVband activity monitor and a dedicated plan that includes mini workouts and easy-to-follow ways to move around more. The program runs for a period of 4 consecutive weeks from June 3rd.

Participants will clock their weekly miles with the MOVband activity monitor and post these online. A leader board will be available to monitor progress and rankings. On the last week, finalists will be posted at the MOVband UK website at www.movbanduk.co.uk and on Facebook at www.facebook.com/MOVbandUK or will be informed via email.

Aside from the four-minute workouts, MOVers will also be provided with lots of motivation to help reach their mileage goals. Tips to maximize workouts, daily fitness reminders will be available via FB posts, website reminders and email. MOVband UK's team of exercise professionals will be on hand to answer queries and keep everyone on the MOVe to the finish line.

As if losing weight and getting in shape is not enough reward, a special prize has also been reserved for the "BIGGEST MOVer." The MOVband UK 2nd National MOVit 2 Lose it MOVchallenge promises not only fun for the participants, but it can also lead to amazing results. Everybody MOVes, everybody wins.
