)-- Ten Philadelphia labor, employment and workers’ compensation lawyers from Willig, Williams & Davidson have been recognized by Thomson Reuters, published annually in Philadelphia Magazine, as 2013 Super Lawyers. “It is so refreshing to see the dedicated attorneys of Willig, Williams & Davidson honored in this way. Our labor, employment and workers’ compensation lawyers give their all to deliver excellent legal counsel and representation to our clients,” stated Willig, who serves as managing partner of the firm. “We are thrilled to have so many of our attorneys recognized as 2013 Super Lawyers.”
Only five percent of all PA lawyers achieve Super Lawyer status each year after the comprehensive selection process which includes peer nominations and evaluations together with third-party research. To ensure that only top practitioners are named to the annual list of Super Lawyers, candidates are evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Among these indicators are verdicts and settlements; experience; honors and awards; special licenses and certifications; pro bono and community service efforts; and scholarly lectures and writings. The ultimate objective of Super Lawyers is a credible, comprehensive and diverse list of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for other practitioners and consumers searching for legal counsel.
The three named partners of the firm have each been recognized as Super Lawyers annually since 2004. Ludwig has been named to the list each year since 2005. Lassen, Teti, Lerner, and Dryden have all been honored with multi-year listings.
