HousingWire Selects Benutech for 2013 Top 50 Real Estate Tech List

Highlighting leading technology innovators, HousingWire editors recognize Benutech, creator of lead generation software ReboGateway, in their annual list

Costa Mesa, CA, June 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Benutech, Inc., the makers of ReboGateway, a lead generation software tool, is elated to announce that they were selected as one of HousingWire’s “Top 50 Real Estate Tech Solutions” (RETech:50) on June 1, 2013.

HousingWire Magazine describes the list as “a compilation of worthy tools developed to aid in the selling of real estate.” The official public announcement of this year’s list was made via the internet (www.housingwire.com), in HousingWire Magazine, and at the HousingWire REX2013 annual conference on June 2-5, 2013 in Fort Worth, Texas.

“[HousingWire’s] editorial team focused on finding those technology firms that have had a dramatic impact on the real estate business — from Realtor to consumer — or those firms that have the are on the cusp of having that kind of profound impact in the future,” according to HousingWire.

Selected from over 200 applicants for the list, Benutech and its ReboGateway software tool were described by the HousingWire editors as having “truly revolutionary capabilities in the realm of time and cost efficiency.”

ReboGateway, which was launched in 2010 in California, is actively expanding into major metropolitan areas nationwide. Besides providing easy access to a variety of sources of data about properties and the local real estate market, ReboGateway integrates that data with information about “life events” to enable agents to focus their efforts on homes that are more likely to sell.

As the HousingWire editors describe the product in the list, “the ReboGateway option from industry tech solutions provider Benutech attempts to get to the heart of the matter in a way that few — if any — have managed to do. The theory is relatively simple… [identifying] the people who are most in need — or, cruder, most desperate — to sell their house…. Read: hot leads.”

SeattleHome.com and SeattleCondo.com Co-owner Sam DeBord, writing on the Geek Estate Blog (geekestateblog.com) says the site “does an excellent job of taking extensive research time and costs off of real estate agents’ plates and allows them to focus on marketing to qualified leads that are more likely to result in listings.”

In response to Benutech’s inclusion on HousingWire’s RETech:50 list of top real estate technology solutions, Brian Fox, Sales Director for Benutech, Inc. said, “We know about the success our subscribers are having with our ReboGateway product, but to now be recognized by a nationally renowned publication such as HousingWire is a big win for us as a company, and further verifies that we are creating a positive effect upon the real estate industry. For that, we are most proud.”
