Team Fenyak team Joins Outer Banks Blue Sales

Kitty Hawk, NC, June 14, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Outer Banks Blue Realty Services is pleased to announce the addition of Danny Fenyak, Grace McNaughton, and assistant Denise Peters as “Team Fenyak.” The addition of the team at “Blue” is a part of the Sales Department doubling in size in less than one month.

Danny Fenyak has been working in Real Estate since 1985 on the OBX and loves meeting new people. His work experience is deepest in Real Estate Sales, and his previous experience was in Mortgage Banking. Teamwork and dedication to be the best 3 person team on the Outer Banks are what drives Danny. He was awarded “The Remax Lifetime Achievement Award” in 2008 for over 12 years of service and over 12,000 sales in history.

Grace McNaughton has been working in local Real Estate Sales for 15 years and has joined Team Fenyak as of January 2013. She has been involved in Engineering Developments, as well as General Contracting all over the United States, including Hawaii and California. The ever changing market in investment portfolios is how Grace finds her motivation and desire to come into a sales office each day and help dreams come true for the person sitting at the other end of the desk.

Denise Peters brings a lot of light to the team with a background as the previous owner of a Local Horse Farm, and owner of a Real Estate Firm in Virginia. She knows the transactions and procedures for the team to be best managed and can be found working hard at her desk getting the job done. She believes that together they can provide great customer service and master sales as a team.
