Raj Nichani Appointed to BeltLine Committee

Raj Nichani is appointed to serve as a representative on the Atlanta BeltLine Committee.

Atlanta, GA, June 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- RMN Global Search’s president, Raj Nichani, through communication from the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, has been appointed to serve as the Board’s representative on the Atlanta BeltLine Tax Allocation District (TAD) Advisory Committee.

Raj Nichani’s appointment is to replace the previous representative, Ms. Daphne B. Jackson, at the end of her term at the end of the year.

The Atlanta BeltLine is the most extensive revitalization effort ever in the city, and among the largest urban redevelopment and mobility projects currently underway in the United States. It provides a network of parks, trails, and transit by utilizing 22-miles of historic railroad corridors that circles downtown Atlanta, and connects 45 neighborhoods directly to one another. The Atlanta BeltLine Tax Allocation District (TAD) Advisory Committee is responsible for making recommendations on the issuance of TAD bond proceeds, oversee effective and equitable implementation of the Atlanta BeltLine plan, execute a decision support tool to measure the impact, and supervise an independent review of a five-year work plan.

“I am excited and honored to join this committed group of individuals to better our city and develop the beltline,” says Raj Nichani.
