New York, NY, June 21, 2013 --(PR.com)-- With the goal of innovating and bringing top class customer service, Golden Treasures Real Estate & Rentals began the implementation of video for all the rental and real estate listings, in an ambitious plan that will take more than a year to be completed.

Starting in May 2013, GT started to shoot HD videos of all the rental villas in the online catalog, shooting over 40 properties in just 4 weeks. This makes the agency the first and only one to bring full video capability to its real estate and vacation rental services, also including tours and some local businesses recommended on its travel guide.

The villas and condos videos will be featured on famous sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, DailyMotion and many others. It is an expensive and time consuming endeavor, still not implemented by any other real estate and rental agency in the Dominican Republic.

The first part of the plan focuses on beach and oceanfront rentals in the areas of Sosua and Cabarete, and later it will be expanded to Cabrera, Cofresi and Puerto Plata. Tour videos of local life and tours will be included, to create a visual travel guide of the North Coast and its best attractions.
