Answers for Autism Bike Ride

A Bike Ride to raise funds and awareness of autism. Funds raised benefit Answers for Autism and are distributed in the form of grants to autism programs in Indiana.

Indianapolis, IN, June 27, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Looking for a way to get active outdoors and help support a great cause? On June 29, come be a part of the Answers for Autism Bike Ride! Help raise money for Autism programs and research while having some family-friendly fun. There will be a 40-mile, a 20-mile ride as well as a 1-mile ride for families and kids. Either way, you're sure to have a good time.

Location: Fortville Nazarene Church, 701 S. Maple Street, Fortville, IN
Registration for 40-mile and 20-mile ride: 6:00 am to 7:30 am, Ride Start: 8:00 a.m.
Registration for 1-mile ride: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., Ride Start: 9:00 a.m.

There will also be children's activities before and after the 1-mile ride, including face painting, arts and crafts, and sensory activities, and of course lots of information about Autism issues. Additional entertainment includes: 107.9, Pacers Fan Van, Colts In Motion Trailer and “Pink” – The Flying Cupcake Van.

Answers for Autism is a grassroots organization comprised completely of volunteers. Proceeds from the event are distributed to the Indiana autism community through the Answers for Autism Grant Program which funds programs in Indiana that serve individuals on the Autism spectrum and increase public awareness.
