Landquest Announces New General Counsel

Raleigh, NC, August 27, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Jeffrey Milligan, senior vice president of Landquest, a residential development firm specializing in the acquisition, design, permitting and construction of communities on the East Coast, has announced that Steven Vining has joined the firm as general counsel. In this position, Vining is responsible for managing transaction related issues including land acquisition, zoning and permitting. Vining practiced at his own law firm for 10 years in Cary, N.C., where he served as an outside attorney for Landquest prior to joining the firm. He has also served as partner at Weston Benshoof in Los Angeles. Vining earned a law degree from the University of Southern California and a bachelor of arts degree in legal studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
