Seniors Real Estate Institute Graduates Initial Australian Realtor

Displaying the truth that caring for and serving seniors in the real estate industry is an endeavor that spans the globe, The Seniors Real Estate Institute (SREI) recently graduated its first real estate agent from Australia.

Austin, TX, July 10, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Linda Coskerie, principal of the Sydney real estate boutique Property Focus in Sydney, received her designation as a Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) after completing the SREI e-course, an instructional curriculum that teaches agents how to understand and super-serve the growing number of senior clients who are placing their homes for sale.

A 25-year veteran of the real estate and property industry in Australia, Coskerie has seen an increase in the number of senior clients in the northern suburbs of Sydney, and has recently been structuring her business around this burgeoning demographic. She sought further knowledge and certification from the Seniors Real Estate Institute as a means of strengthening her ability to be of ultimate service to seniors and their caregiver families.
