With more than 15 years of experience in the culinary field, McIntyre’s goal is to become a more sustainable restaurateur, committed to producing minimal waste and sourcing seasonal ingredients from local farmers. At the center of his cooking is a foundation of family, community and responsibility, and he holds strong to the truth that food unifies each of these.
“We are excited to welcome Chef Chad McIntyre into the kitchen of Dean’s Seafood this weekend, as he works side-by-side with our chefs to create exceptional dishes,” said Ogan. “It’s not every day that you get the opportunity to work so closely with other local chefs and restaurateurs from behind the line, but I look forward to the experience and collaboration that will come when such outstanding culinary experts come together for the night.”
