BBS, Inc. Boston Hosts Wing Fest 2013 for Charity
BBS, Inc. Boston raises money for Operation Smile through a companywide chicken wing eating competition.
Woburn, MA, July 16, 2013 --(PR.com)-- BBS, Inc. Boston, a sales and marketing company in Woburn, MA, organized a charity chicken wing eating contest for all employees and their guests to attend.
Held on Saturday June 29th, BBS required a flat rate entrance fee from each competitor. Competitors were also encouraged to gain sponsorship from family and friends for each wing that they ate.
“One of our top Account Manager’s, AJ Berube, crushed the competition by eating over 26 wings in under five minutes! This event could not have been possible without the preparation and participation of all our company employees who took part! We would also like to thank John Brewer’s Tavern in Waltham for preparing over 500 wings for the competition!” exclaimed BBS Manager.
One Account Manager explained that, “This competition was a great way for our company to have a great time and raise money for one of our favorite charities. It’s always a rewarding feeling to know that we can come together as a company to have fun while doing something good for our community.”
