Chris Diaz, with 13 years of sales, account management and finance in the Southern California region, will serve the Los Angeles and Long Beach, California, market area. His background includes territory management and homeowners association strategic planning.
John Zimmerman, with more than 10 years of technical and commercial sales experience, will serve the Maryland market area. Some of his previous clients include property management companies, home owners associations and construction firms in Maryland.
Mike Geraci, with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience, will serve the Virginia market area. He is a previous Property Management Association member and worked HVAC sales and rentals for 10 years.
Gus DeCarlo, with more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, will serve the Miami-Dade County, Florida, market area. A Miami resident for more than 30 years, his previous work experience includes several Fortune 500 companies.
