In this position, Lowder will oversee the leadership and coordination of the company’s financial planning, debt financing and budget management functions, as well as recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
Prior to joining Royal Oaks Building Group, Lowder gained over seven years of industry experience, highlighted by her work as controller and business manager for a residential builder in Apex, N.C. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University and is currently affiliated with a number of professional organizations, including the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR), the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors (RRAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). A native of Cary, N.C., she resides in Holly Springs, N.C.
