EnerDel Lithium-Ion Battery System Training Program


EnerDel will once again host its popular Lithium-Ion Battery System Training Program on September 9 through 13 at its Greenfield, Ind. Technical Center.

Greenfield, IN, August 02, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Explore EnerDel lithium-ion batteries as well as management of your lithium-ion battery systems.

EnerDel will once again host its popular Lithium-Ion Battery System Training Program on September 9 through 13 at its Greenfield, Ind. Technical Center.

EnerDel’s Lithium-Ion Battery Systems Training Program is designed to provide their customers, suppliers and representatives with a hands-on training experience to learn how lithium-ion battery systems are designed, developed and manufactured. Breakout sessions will include customized sessions for transportation or stationary systems. Topics include:
· Lithium-ion cell chemistry
· Cell, pack and system manufacturing
· System design and integration
· Battery management system
· Safety aspects high voltage and Lithium-ion technology
· Field service testing techniques and troubleshooting

The curriculum was developed by EnerDel’s experienced engineering team to provide a comprehensive understanding of lithium-ion chemistry, technology, diagnostics, system design and safety. Participants will receive supporting training materials and diagnostic software, in addition to technical phone support and diagnostic software updates for two years.

“The Lithium-Ion Battery System Training Program is designed specifically to ensure deep understating of the Lithium-ion energy storage system so they can safely and properly implement the technology into their applications,” said the program’s creator, Dr. Tomasz Poznar, Vice President of Transportation and Aftermarket. “It explains difference between Lithium-ion chemistries and teaches the attendees how to choose the right technology and design both battery systems and applications. Secures also a more in-depth understanding how battery systems are designed, developed and manufactured.”
