The 2013 conference will take place on Thursday, Aug. 22 at North Ridge Country Club, located at 6612 Falls of Neuse Road, Raleigh, N.C. The NC CEO Forum is an event for executives and management teams in business, government and nonprofit organizations who are dedicated to helping North Carolina attract jobs and enhance its presence on the national and international stage. Hosts for the event will include Billie Redmond, CEO, TradeMark Properties; Rick Deckelbaum, CEO, Deckelbaum & Associates; Brian Kinahan, partner of Newport Board Group; and Diane Adams, chief people officer of Qlik Tech.
This year’s forum will feature keynote speakers Colin Powell, retired U.S. Army four-star general and former U.S. Secretary of State, and John Chambers, CEO of Cisco. They and other leadership experts will share their knowledge and experience with attendees through story and key points. The program will offer attendees the opportunity to gain insight, develop relationships and participate in discussions with other business leaders. Organizers of the event will focus on giving back to the community by hosting a raffle and live auction with proceeds going to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Eastern North Carolina and North Carolina Arts in Action.
