Commercial Real Estate Attorney Eric Spence Joins Ragsdale Liggett PLLC

Eric R. Spence has joined the Raleigh law firm Ragsdale Liggett in the Commercial Real Estate Department.

Raleigh, NC, August 10, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Eric R. Spence has become of counsel with the Raleigh law firm Ragsdale Liggett PLLC. Mr. Spence brings thirty years of substantive legal experience to the firm and will practice in the Real Estate Department.

During his extensive law career, Eric Spence has represented both lenders and borrowers in complex transactions of all sizes with the goal of bringing value, profitability and risk reduction to each project. Formerly with the law firm Smith Moore Leatherwood, Mr. Spence received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and majored in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
