Ms. Borkert represents clients in a variety of matters concerning the conveyance, entitlement and development of real property. She regularly appears in administrative hearings before local government entities to obtain zoning approvals such as variances, special exceptions, re-zonings and conditional use requests, along with code enforcement and permitting matters.

She has been a guest lecturer at Edison State College and has most recently presented to various planning organizations a discussion of the legalities and issues facing urban agriculture.
