Co-Owner Of Triangle-Based Lawn Care Company Honored by Triangle Business Journal

The Women in Business Awards program recognizes dynamic Triangle women leaders with established track records of significant accomplishments in business and community service. Lewey is one of 26 recipients selected this year from among more than 160 entries submitted for the award. Winners will be recognized at an awards luncheon on Aug. 20 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center in Durham, N.C.
Lewey established Lewey Landscaping & LawnCare, Inc. with her husband in 2001. She holds an active role in daily operations to meet clients’ needs and expectations successfully as well as manages marketing, customer relations, and financing, and oversees a staff of 10 employees. Under her dedicated leadership, Lewey Landscaping & LawnCare exceeded 20 percent in revenue growth in 2012.
