New Slotted Control Knobs from Elesa in Stainless Steel

Slotted control knobs from Elesa offer corrosion resistance in arduous environments for use in industries including pharmaceuticals, offshore, food processing, chemicals and process control installations.

Metheringham, United Kingdom, August 31, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Elesa’s range of stainless steel standard components is enhanced with their new GN 436 series of grub screw fitted control knobs with slots (or flutes) down the sides for fine dextral control. These AISI 304 knobs offer corrosion resistance in arduous environments such as outdoor or clean-down areas on electronic or manual controls, e.g. on valves or spindles. They are likely to be of particular use in industries including pharmaceuticals, offshore, food processing, chemicals and process control installations where their strength and cleaning compatibility are likely to be valuable.

The Elesa GN 436 is a standard knob (with hex socket grub screw) either plain or with laser engraved position indication. The GN 436.1 offers the added benefit of a 1 to 10 index engraved on the skirt which allows more precise operation. Sizes of both are 24 or 28mm dia. with various possible heights. All the GN 436 range fit standard 4mm dia. shafts.
