Kristianna Rodriguez Joins the Firm at Grossman Law & Conflict Management

Grossman Law and Conflict Management welcomes attorney Kristianna Rodriguez to their team of legal professionals.

Fort Myers, FL, September 01, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Attorney and Mediator Keith Grossman, founder and managing partner of Grossman Law & Conflict Management, is pleased to announce that attorney Kristianna Rodriguez has joined the firm. Rodriguez comes to the firm with several years of experience in practicing criminal law and many hours in the courtroom and in various adversarial jury and bench criminal trials.

Kristianna Rodriguez graduated law school at University of Florida with clinical practice in the law school’s Center on Children and Families, Child Welfare Clinic, and the Center for Governmental Responsibility. Prior to law school, Rodriguez graduated Magna Cum Laude with dual degrees in International Affairs and Spanish from Florida State University.

During her time as an undergraduate student, Rodriguez studied and worked in many Spanish-speaking countries. As part of her experience abroad, she has taught English and studied as a foreign exchange student in Spain, served as a Rotary Ambassador of Goodwill in Ecuador, and conducted research for the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs in the United States Embassy in Mexico City, Mexico. Rodriguez is a self-taught Spanish speaker and enjoys the Latin culture. She also greatly enjoys public service work, and she is an active member in the Junior League of Fort Myers.

Kristianna Rodriguez is well trained in working with people facing all types of life challenges. As a child from a divorced family, she understands and is sensitive of the effects the legal sector can have on the family dynamic. She is compassionate and understanding, but also recognizes when it is time to be firm and steadfast to obtain a just result.

Attorney Keith Grossman of Grossman Law & Conflict Management has over 20 years of experience in and out of the courtroom and focuses his practice on family law, conflict management, and workplace conflict. Grossman is a Family Mediator and Civil Mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court, a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator, a former Family Law Case Manager for Court Administration, and Past President of the Lee County Bar Association. He also helped to establish and supervise the Lee County Family Case Management Program, a program designed to help families navigate the court system and reduce the conflict typically associated with the divorce process.
