Mr. Flenory discusses the purposes of a business plan, the essential components of a plan specific to coaches and what resources a coach can use to create one for their practice. “I think that the words ‘business plan’ intimidate many small business owners. Marcellas shows us that it does not have to be an overwhelming process,” comments show host Marlo Boux.
Marcellas Flenory Sr., MBA is a Principal Human Resource Consultant at Flenory & Associates, a Texas-based human resource-consulting firm. He has over eight years of experience in the human resource field within start-up businesses, software development, big box retailers, non-profit agencies, governmental entities, and staff augmentation and recruiting industry. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from California State University, Sacramento. In addition, Mr. Flenory holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management.
