ReboGateway Brings Leads, Listings, and Recruits to Coldwell Banker West

New enterprise agreement between Benutech, Inc. and Coldwell Banker West is already benefitting both organizations

San Diego, CA, September 07, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Benutech, Inc., the leading provider of high-quality listing leads for realtors via its ReboGateway software, and Coldwell Banker West, a rapidly expanding Coldwell Banker franchise in south San Diego County, announced an agreement to provide ReboGateway to all of their Coldwell Banker agents.

Based on the agent response to the initial rollout of ReboGateway, Coldwell Banker West will be utilizing the software both directly as a powerful tool to increase their listing inventory, and as a unique “added value” tool to recruit top agents within the San Diego area.

“The other day, we wrote a Facebook post about ReboGateway,” said Cory Shepard, General Manager of Coldwell Banker West. “Within hours an agent contacted us for an interview, saying ‘I need to meet with you! I need this system!’ We hired him following the interview.”

Enthusiasm within the organization is also high, and is growing as more agents gain access to the tool.

“Over the past couple of weeks, our company has been rolling out ReboGateway to our agents,” said Shepard, “Our agents are very excited that the company has invested in this program for their use. Each individual agent can select up to 8,000 homes to track using ReboGateway, which uses patent-pending technology to send daily updates about life events and other activity in those properties. By tracking divorces, foreclosures, and other such data about homeowners, agents can effectively target their marketing and outreach efforts to properties which are more likely to be listed.

Even in the first phase of the rollout, Coldwell Banker West reports success. According to Shepard, “We have been helping our agents import their Past Client database into ReboGateway. We set this up for Merrie Espina, one of our agents on a Tuesday and the very next morning she received a Divorce lead on one of her past clients that she hadn't spoken with in a couple of years. She immediately reconnected with the client and within 24 hours took their listing! Within 5 days a buyer was acquired and that property was in escrow. Merrie most likely would have missed out on this business had ReboGateway not notified her of that new ‘life event’ in her past client list.”
